LEE & ASSOCIATES COMPLETES 93,000 SF OFFICE LEASE ON BEHALF OF OPUS WEST

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.—February 11, 2009— Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has completed a seven-year lease for a 93,753-square-foot office space at the Pima Center in Scottsdale. In close proximity to 101 Freeway, the property is located at 9000 E. Pima Center Parkway.

Bill Blake, Andrew Cheney, Craig Coppola and Colton Trauter of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Opus West. The tenant was First American Title Insurance Company.

According to Blake, this was a difficult deal in which his project competed with a wide variety of other buildings. First American Title was searching for a building that offered better efficiency and visibility from their previous location at 48^th Street and Washington Avenue, near the Phoenix and Gateway Airport areas.

“We offered the tenant a Class ‘A’ office space in an exceptionally serviceable location with unmatched freeway visibility,” said Blake.

An average of 200,000 vehicles pass this location daily.
