Newport Beach, Ca – The industrial/flex condominium at 3184-A Airway in Costa Mesa has been sold.  The Sellers were Kerry Rutkin, Jane Rutkin, Wayne Henthorn and Doris Henthorn.  The Buyer was the Berean Community Church.

Kimberly Ahlberg and Jim Snyder of Lee & Associates – Newport Beach, Inc. represented the Sellers and Bucky Gillett of Gillett Commercial Real Estate Services represented the Buyer in the $1,164,000 transaction that closed on June 14, 2010.
