ee & Associates, the fourth largest full-service commercial brokerage company in the nation, has completed a three year lease for a 2,100 square foot industrial space located at 90 GLEN CARRAN Circle, in Sparks, Nevada for their new operation. Tom R de Jong, Principal at Lee & Associates’ Reno office, represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction. “Lee & Associates provided a level of service and expertise that allowed us to expand to our new location in Reno without having to concern ourselves with the complexities and legalities of the commercial real estate market” noted Bobby Singh, President.
