LEE & ASSOCIATES- LOS ANGELES SOUTH BAY, INC. NEGOTIATES $3.2 MILLION INDUSTRIAL LEASE TRANSACTION ON BEHALF OF MORRISON EXPRESS
LOS ANGELES/SOUTH BAY, Calif.—December 29, 2008— Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has completed a 64-month lease for a 77,779-square-foot industrial space located at 14439 Avalon Boulevard in Gardena, Calif. The value of the lease is approximately $3.2 million. Don Smith, senior vice president and principal of Lee & Associates’ Los Angeles South Bay office represented the tenant, Morrison Express, an international freight forwarder. The landlord, Oakmont Avalon Rosecrans, was represented by John McMillan of Cushman & Wakefield. According to Smith, Morrison Express will relocate and consolidate 3 separate operations into 1 location that is convenient for ocean and air freight leased expanding operations.
