Boise, ID – April 5, 2010 - Belnap Law, PLLC, leased 5,850 SF of office space in the Alpine Building located at 12550 W. Explorer Drive, in Boise, Idaho. Dave Winder, CCIM, a Principal of Lee & Associates Idaho, represented the tenant. Al Marino, SIOR, of Thornton Oliver Keller represented the landlord in the transaction. Occupancy is scheduled for June 2010.
