Email: dave.winder@lee-associates.com Online Resume: View Resume Biography Dave Winder is a Founding Principal of Lee & Associates Idaho, Inc., a full-service commercial real estate company and a member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. Dave’s expertise includes the sales and leasing of retail, office, and development properties in the Treasure Valley. In 1995 Dave graduated from the College of Idaho with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and History. His education included extensive studies of business management, marketing, accounting, economics, and finance. Dave’s education is the foundation of his strong understanding of the many complicated elements involved in every commercial real estate transaction. After graduation, Dave worked for Micron Technology in a semiconductor manufacturing clean-room environment. His responsibilities included personnel and production scheduling and employee training and supervision. Dave’s education and real-world experience with one of the leading companies in the on-going technology revolution combine to give Dave a unique perspective on the challenges facing decision makers in today’s ever-changing business environment. Dave has translated this perspective into success in the competitive world of commercial real estate. Dave and his wife Lindsay are the proud parents of one daughter and are expecting twins in the spring of 2009. Career History / Professional Recognition Prior to co-founding the Lee & Associates office in Idaho, Dave was a principal in The Winder Company, a Boise area commercial real estate brokerage, for over 10 years. Dave is also the co-founder and managing partner of Winvest Properties, a real estate investment partnership that invests in residential income producing properties.
