Currently he is a Senior Vice President and Member of Lees Board of Directors. Specializing in industrial sales, leasing and investments, Doug has completed over 1,000 transactions for a combined value of more than $3 billion. Doug has been an AIR member since 1989 and has been on the Board of Directors for the past six years. In 2006 Doug will serve as the Vice President of Education, a position that gives him the opportunity to educate incoming AIR members at our quarterly orientations. Doug is a 1986 graduate of USC, where he majored in Communications and was a founding member of Sigma Pi Fraternity. Currently, Doug is involved in a number of associations and civic organizations including the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, the Economic Development Strategy Committee of Chino and Boy Scouts of America. When not working on real estate deals throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom, Doug enjoys skiing and fishing. Doug has been married to Terry since 1989 and they have three children; Ashley, Austin, and Evan. They reside in Murrieta.
