Vince is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California and has specialized in the industrial real estate business for 17 years. He is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara and began his real estate career in 1998 at Bishop Hawk in Orange County, CA. After choosing to specialize in the Inland Empire marketplace, Vince joined Collins Fuller in 1989. In 1993, he and partner formed their own firm Commercial Realty Advisors, Inc. in Ontario, CA. After a sucessful 10 year run with CRA, Vince joined Lee & Associates in 2004 as a partner. Over his 17 year career, Vince has been involved in the leasing and selling over 12 million square feet of industrial warehouse space and 800 acres of land in the Inland Empire. He provides a full range of real estate advisory services to clients including tenant representation, landlord representation and investment sales. Vince takes a very hands on approach with his clients, assisting them not only with acquiring or disposing of property, but also with locating financing options, interactions required with city and county departments and other details inherent with complex real estate transactions.
