He joined Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services in 1989. His commitment to superior client service has earned him many designations, including 1992’s top-producing industrial associate, 1993’s top-producing associate and an appointment to the President’s Circle for 1993 and 1994. In February of 1994, Mr. Launchbaugh was named a Vice President of the Ontario office. He was promoted to Senior Vice President in March of 1995. A graduate of Don Bosco Technical Institute and California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, Mr. Launchbaugh has maintained extensive ties to the region. His client and property representations cover the Eastern San Gabriel Valley, where he has been involved in the Business Development Committees for the San Dimas and La Verne, as well as a member of the San Dimas Chamber of Commerce; the La Verne Chamber of Commerce; the San Dimas Chapter of Rotary International; and the San Dimas Rustlers. Additionally, Mr. Launchbaugh is an active participant in the Society of Industrial Realtors (SIOR) and the American Industrial Real Estate Association. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Launchbaugh held technical and/or sales positions with Caltrol, Inc., Gould Defense Systems, and Nordstrom. |
