Over the ensuing six years he garnered considerable market knowledge and refined the technical skills necessary to excel in the competitive Orange County industrial market. To enhance his exposure to larger transactions, he joined Collins Fuller Corporation in 1992 where he persevered through the prolonged real estate recession while successfully augmenting a loyal client base. Desiring to elevate his commitment to his clients and the commercial real estate brokerage business, Dean became a Partner at Lee & Associates’- Irvine in ’95. In this capacity he established a vested ownership interest in the integrity and profitability of the Irvine office. Further elevating his commitment to the brokerage business and ownership role within Lee & Associates, Dean ambitiously embraced the opportunity to become the Managing Partner of Lee & Associates-Reno office in mid ’06. DEAN has always maintained a long-term perspective while delivering a high level of real estate services to his client base. He has successfully fostered enduring business relationships by relying on the fundamental hallmarks of honesty, integrity and professionalism. Over the years, this has allowed him to exclusively represent numerous clients on a repeat basis. Specifically, Mr. Krieger’s focus has been on selective property marketing and the exclusive representation of expanding medical device, engineering, technology and consumer products firms. Possessing market knowledge and early anticipation of opportunities, Dean has combined creativity and tenacity to surpass clients’ expectations. A fundamental distinction of his service is the ability to recognize his clients’ objectives and capitalize on alternative real estate solutions while maintaining high ethical standards. These standards extend daily to both competitors and colleagues which has fostered a favorable business reputation. Dean has been happily married for over 22 years and three children, ages 20, 17 & 13. Dean dedicates much of his non-work hours time to activities with his family and friends. He has previously donated his time to various community causes including the Capital Campaign for the build-out of Serra Catholic School in Santa Margarita. Enjoying an active lifestyle, his hobbies are skiing, golfing, fishing and exercising. Dean's professional goals are to attract, develop and lead a cohesive group of real estate professionals who share the common goal, as entrepreneurs, to professionally deliver commercial real estate brokerage services to individuals, businesses and the real estate community of Northern Nevada in a manner that vaults the Lee & Associates-Reno name to being recognized as the pre-eminent provider of commercial real estate services in the region. Career History / Professional Recognition Dean holds a Broker license in the State of Nevada and an Agent license in California. Dean was a Top Five Producer for 8 of the 10 years at Lee & Associates-Irvine and the 2002 Top Producer for Lee & Associates-Irvine. Affiliations / Education Dean graduated from Cal State Fullerton in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the school of Business with a Marketing emphasis. He is on the Board of Directors for Lee & Associates and Managing Selection Committee for Lee & Associates-Irvine. |
