Jeff has developed strong strategic alliances with his clients through his dedication to the analysis of market statistics, trends and conditions, as well as, his highly ethical conduct. Career History / Professional Recognition In July of 2002, he and nine other industrial brokers from four different companies formed Lee & Associates of Illinois. Prior to forming Lee, he was with Colliers, Bennett and Kahnweiler for six years, attaining the position of Senior Associate. Jeff has been recognized for his excellence in real estate, most recently in 2007 when he was nominated by the readers of the "Illinois Real Estate Journal" and chosen by the IREJ Editorial Board to receive the "Illinois Real Estate Journal's" 2007 Real Estate Excellence Award. In 2001, Jeff received the Frank J. Mahoney Award for Excellence in Sales Production from the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE), the only award given oput annually by AIRE (Chicago's largest industrial real estate group) to a young broker who gives back to the real estate community and has the highest sales production level among his peers, Affiliations / Education Jeff graduated from Marquette University (Milwaukee, WI) with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a consentration in Marketing. Jeff is allifiated with a number of industry organizations including; Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE), Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC),and the I-39 Corridor Association. He is a member of the Itasca BUsiness Council and the Marquette University Club. Jeff is a founding memeber of Lee & Associates Supply Chain Consulting Group. |
