Lee & Associates- Houston Promotes Reed Vestal to Principal
JANUARY 12, 2017 (HOUSTON) – Lee & Associates – Houston, one of the largest commercial real estate servicers in the region, announced the promotion of Reed Vestal, SIOR, CCIM from Senior Director to Principal. The announcement was made by Mike Spears, Managing Principal of Lee & Associates – Houston.
Vestal joined the Houston office of Lee & Associates in 2015, and has been involved in various commercial real estate transactions in his career including sales, leasing, build-to-suits, design-builds, investments, and developments, with special emphasis on industrial and land related transactions. Vestal was recognized as Finial Group’s top producer in 2013. In 2015, he was awarded NAIOP’s “Rising Star of The Year – Industrial” for his accomplishments. In 2016, Vestal earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation along with the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation. He is currently an active member of NAIOP and CCIM. In the past six years, Vestal has completed over $200 million in transactions.
Vestal graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics – Real Estate Option. In December of 2010, he received his Master of Real Estate Finance degree from the Mays School of Business at Texas A&M University.
