Lee & Associates- Houston Completes 16,000-Square-Feet Industrial Lease in Stafford

MARCH 24, 2017 (HOUSTON) – Lee & Associates- Houston, one of the largest commercial real estate servicers in the region, represented TEAM Land Investments, LLC in the leasing of 12710-12718 Century Drive in Stafford, Texas.

Texas Engineering and Mapping leased 10,000 square feet and HomeTeam Pest Defense leased 6,000 square feet. The newly acquired property is now 100 percent leased. Lee & Associates– Houston principals Taylor Schmidt and Reed Vestal represented the landlord in both leases.
