Vanessa has over thirty-one years of commercial real estate experience in the Seattle/Tacoma region. She holds the coveted SIOR and CCIM designations, representing the highest achievements of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry. Vanessa’s expertise includes commercial land dispositions, industrial sales and acquisitions, build-to-suit site selection, leasing, and investment sales. Her regional expertise includes South King, Pierce, Thurston, and Lewis counties.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services, Vanessa was with Kidder Mathews where she had successfully leased and sold industrial facilities totaling 3,776,288 million square feet, totaling $310,000,000 million in lease and sale values in 180 transactions. Of that, her land sales are in excess of 1,210.34 acres with a sales value of $150,751,371. Because of her strong land experience, Vanessa has represented several national and international developers in the acquisition and disposition of land, including developed, undeveloped, and land positioned for redevelopment.

Most notable is the Meridian Campus Master Planned Community. Vanessa was retained in 1993 by Weyerhauser Real Estate to represent the 325 acre business and industrial park portion of the community. She was responsible for bringing 53 new companies to Lacey, who occupy 2.4 million square feet of space inside the Meridian Campus community.

   • Listing broker for Trust/Seller.   Repositioned property for sale, from long term family hold.
2. 2018: Hogum Bay Logistics Center - Buildings 4 & 5.
   • Leasing Broker for 149,488 SF & 139,158 SF speculative development project.
3. 2018:  Outdoor Research - 105,000 tenant rep lease assignment.
   • Completed at Des Moines Creek Phase IV
4. 2016: LogistiCenter @ 167 - 225,972 SF - New Construction
   • Leased before building completion
5. 2016 - 2017: Hogum Bay Logistics Center - 97 acres
   • Land sale to IDS - partially preleased prior to closing
6. 2016 - 2017: Lakewood Tacoma Gateway - 22.68 acres
   • Land sale to Panattoni - speculative 467,529 SF building project
