Lee & Associates – North San Diego County Completes the $1,969,961 Sale of High Image Industrial Building in San Marcos

San Marcos, Calif.—February 2, 2017— Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, has completed an owner user $1,969,961 sale an industrial building located at 244 La Moree Road in San Marcos, California. The building is approximately 15,500 square-feet, consisting of 10% office with grade level loading doors, heavy power and is divisible into two separate units. The high image building is located within walking distance to the sprinter station, one block from East Barham Drive and one block from the 78 freeway.

Isaac Little and Marko Dragovic of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County represented the buyer, Corso Building, LLC. The seller, Jimmy W. Janacek, was represented by Conor Boyle and Joe Crotty of Colliers International.

Dragovic stated “The buyer showed interest in this facility as it gave them the ability to occupy a portion of the building and expand into the entire facility over time”.
