Cabot Properties, a private equity real estate investment firm, and Republic Property Company, a full-service real estate development company, has recently announced it has broken ground at a site in the I-20 West submarket for the construction of a 166,650 SF industrial development.

Interstate 20 Logistics Center is a 32’ minimum clear height rear load distribution facility located in the ever growing I-20 West industrial submarket. With double sided entry for both auto and truck traffic, the building can easily accommodate either a single tenant or multiple tenants.

Estimated delivery for the 166,650 square foot project is late Q4 2019. With a population of 2.1 million in a 20-mile radius and 1.1 million with a 20-mile drive time, tenants can quickly grow their workforce.
