Joseph represented the seller, Warehouse One-Lawrenceville, LLC &amp; Warehouse One-Pike, LLC, and Mark represented the buyer, Oakhurst Capital Partners, LLC.<\/p>\n<p>The portfolio includes 6 individual industrial warehouses located at 485 Buford Drive and 360 West Pike Street | Lawrenceville, GA. The total square footage is 133,080 and there were 88 tenants at the time of the sale. The buyer will maintain this asset as an investment property.<\/p>\n<p>This deal speaks to the network and culture of Lee Atlanta, being able to represent both sides of an off-market sale transaction. This deal came to fruition through Joseph\u2019s persistence over the years and willingness to share opportunities with fellow colleagues.
