(JTEC), a producer of renewable energy, has expanded its headquarters at Lee + White in Atlanta\u2019s West End, adding 9,800 square feet to its existing 18,775 square feet of space in Building 1050. The expansion adds lab space and allows for the addition of new employees, significantly increasing production of the revolutionary JTEC cleantech energy device.<\/p>\n<p>Cushman &amp; Wakefield\u2019s Porter Henritze and Melanie Garlock completed the lease expansion for JTEC on behalf of owners Ackerman &amp; Co. and MDH Partners. Cori Nuttall and Willie Candler of Lee &amp; Associates represented JTEC.<\/p>\n<p><em>Quote from JTEC<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>JTEC, launched in 2020 by founder Lonnie Johnson, specializes in the production of the JTEC cleantech energy device that creates thermo-electrochemical energy by transforming heat directly into electricity. The start-up opened its headquarters at Lee + White in mid-2023.
