Representing All Strong Industries, a Georgia-based manufacturer of window blinds, shades, and home d\u00e9cor products, the firm helped facilitate the company\u2019s expansion into a strategically located Class A distribution facility. The building, owned by Panattoni Development, totals 451,200 square feet and is now approximately 72% leased.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">While Snowden and Candler represented the tenant, Darren Butler and Nathan Anderson of NAI Brannen Goddard represented the landlord. The transaction was named one of CoStar\u2019s Power Broker Quarterly Deals for the quarter.
