Biography
Evan Koogler is a Director with the Boston office of Lee & Associates and works primarily in the Western Suburbs/I-495 region. Evan specializes in the sales and leasing of office and industrial properties, predominantly within occupier services. These services include site selection, portfolio management and workforce and demographic analysis.
Evan started his brokerage career in 2017 with NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs and served as Vice President prior to joining Lee & Associates Boston in 2022.
Outside of work, Evan is an avid boxer and combat sports enthusiast. He enjoys hiking, comedy, and supporting all New England sports teams.
