Tom Davidson<\/em><\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with the Los Olivos office represented the tenant, Margerum Wine Company<\/strong>. Doug Margerum<\/em> has been intimately involved in the food and wine scene in Santa Barbara for over 30 years.
