The luxurious purchase of CENT&#8217;ANNI includes Chambers &amp; Chambers wine distribution and wine inventory worth $1.6 million-plus (current FOB pricing), a barrel barn, a three-bedroom, one bath caretaker&#8217;s residence and the main house, which has three bedrooms and two baths.<\/p>\n<p class=\"canvas-text Mb(1.0em) Mb(0)--sm Mt(0.8em)--sm canvas-atom\">&#8220;One of the most fun things to do as a winery owner is to stay on top of what&#8217;s happening to the flavors of the wine as it ages.
