Montecito\u00a0Street in Santa Barbara, was purchased at a record-breaking $1,866.67 per square foot.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lee-associates.com\/centralcoast\/contact\/santa-barbara\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lee &amp; Associates Santa Barbara<\/a> team of <strong>Christi Vior<\/strong>, who represented the buyer, 34 East Montecito 2016, LLC, and <strong>Rob Adams<\/strong> and <strong>Steve Leider<\/strong>, representing the seller Avis Rent A Car, negotiated the sales\/leaseback transaction of the 1,350-square-foot property.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis transaction is marked by a record-setting price per-square-foot,\u201d said Adams of <a href=\"http:\/\/resources.lee-associates.com\/asp\/user\/website\/officeprofile.asp?officeid=4991\">Lee &amp; Associates Santa Barbara<\/a>. \u201cThe buyer, who owns property in the surrounding area, has long-term redevelopment plans for this property, which is centrally located within Santa Barbara&#8217;s hottest new district, The Funk Zone.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/santabarbaraca.com\/explore-and-discover-santa-barbara\/neighborhoods-towns\/santa-barbara\/the-funk-zone\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Funk Zone<\/strong> <\/a>area offers a diversified tenant mix of wineries, art galleries, eclectic restaurant and bars, that continues to attract businesses eager to be in the area.
