SANTA MARIA, Calif.—March 10, 2017—Lee & Associates has completed a 17,500 square foot lease for a retail space within the Santa Maria Town Mall, at 142 Town Center East, Santa Maria, CA.
Associate, Jeff Allen with the San Luis Obispo office represented the tenant, Rockin’ Jump, a franchised indoor trampoline park, in negotiating a lease with the Santa Maria Town Center Mall. Rockin Jump is expected to open in June of 2017 and will include open-jump trampoline areas, x-beam jousting, a vertical rock climbing tower, a dodge ball arena, basketball dunk lanes, jump pits and a soft play structure for young children. The facility will also have three private party rooms for birthdays and corporate events.
The Santa Maria Town Center is the only enclosed regional shopping center within a 75-mile radius. It’s anchors are Macy’s and Sears, and is home to over 65 specialty stores and 12 eateries. The Shopping Mall has high visibility and easy access from Highway 101 – one of the main arterial routes through California.
