Lee & Associates – Central Coast is pleased to welcome Evan Lash as an Associate.
Evan joins us with over 17 years of combined commercial & residential sales transactions, along with leasing and property management experience. He has transacted more than 150 leasing sides in total, with lease values over $5 million, representing both landlords and tenants. Prior to joining Lee, Evan was President of Grand Avenue Real Estate in Los Olivos.
Evan is a long-standing member of the Santa Ynez Valley, where he is actively involved in the community. He has served on the Board of Directors, of both the Santa Ynez Valley Association of Realtors and the Los Olivos Business Organization.
He is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
