Whelan brings more than 38 years of commercial real estate experience to this new role, including the past twelve with Lee &amp; Associates. Whelan, together with <strong>Allan Riorda<\/strong>, co-founded the Maryland office in 2013 and have since expanded the operation to include nearly 20 full-time brokerage professionals, property management staff, and marketing and administrative personnel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Washington, D.C.\/Northern Virginia office offers a full slate of commercial real estate brokerage offerings targeting the commercial office, flex\/office, and retail asset classes. The group also provides tenant representation, investment sales, capital markets, development, and property management expertise.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Supporting Whelan will be <strong>Kristin Rebeck<\/strong>, Senior Vice President, a 17-year real estate veteran who specializes in the commercial office, office\/flex, and industrial\/warehouse asset classes, as well as <strong>Gideon Price<\/strong>, who primary handles tenant and landlord leasing representation.
