Eunice Kwon, is a Senior Vice President at Lee & Associates, where she leads the firm’s Korean Corporate Services platform, focusing on industrial real estate and cross-border expansion for Korean corporations across North America. As part of the firm’s Corporate Services Group, she drives complex site selection and transaction execution across major U.S. industrial markets.

She consistently executes high-volume industrial transactions across major U.S. markets. She represents tenants, landlords, and owner-users in cross-border industrial transactions, advising Korean corporations on U.S. market entry and expansion. Her expertise is concentrated in portcentric distribution and supply chain infrastructure, where she executes lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, land transactions, and Class A build-to-suit developments. Eunice advises executive leadership on site strategy, deal structuring, entitlements, long-term expansion planning, and state incentive programs, with a focus on speed, certainty, and outcome-driven
execution.

By leveraging the Lee & Associates national platform and working in close coordination with local market partners, she delivers seamless, cross-border real estate strategies that align with both Korean headquarters and U.S. operations.
