Matt brings over 15 years of experience representing Corporate Tenants, institutional Landlords and Developers in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of industrial real estate. Matt has transacted over 20 million square feet worth of commercial real estate since he began his career. He began his career at interPres Commercial Realty where he helped start and grow a brokerage team that was one of the Market leaders in the San Gabriel Valley.
