Sam Rinkov joined Lee & Associates in 2021. He specializes in the representation of property owners, tenants, and buyers in the leasing and sale of industrial buildings. Geographically, he focuses most of his attention on all industrial buildings located in the Central Los Angeles and South Bay Markets. Sam’s previous experience running a successful apparel business provides a distinct advantage in understanding client’s needs as business owners. Sam is a Los Angeles native and graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington. His strong work ethic, combined with his knowledge of the local market has helped him to effectively serve his clients.
