Plymouth Meeting, PA — August 14, 2026 — Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania announced today that Hunter Hastings has joined the firm as an Associate, specializing in industrial real estate throughout the Greater Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley markets. Hastings will focus on tenant and landlord representation, working with industrial occupiers and property owners.

Based in the firm’s Plymouth Meeting office, Hastings will work with manufacturers, distributors, third-party logistics providers and other industrial users throughout Eastern Pennsylvania. His initial focus will build upon his experience in tenant representation while expanding his work with property owners and agency assignments.

Hastings was drawn to Lee & Associates by the firm’s strong presence in the Eastern Pennsylvania industrial market, entrepreneurial brokerage platform and opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals throughout the region.

Hastings’ approach to brokerage is centered on understanding a client’s business first and identifying real estate solutions that support its broader goals. His previous tenant representation experience reinforced the importance of putting the client’s needs at the center of the decision-making process.

“What I enjoy about working with industrial occupiers is seeing how the right real estate decision can positively impact their business,” Hastings said. “Finding the right facility at the right economics can help a company operate more effectively and create opportunities for growth. I like being able to understand the problem a client is trying to solve and help them find the right solution.”

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Hastings worked with Cresa Philadelphia, where he focused on industrial tenant representation throughout Eastern Pennsylvania. His work included assisting industrial occupiers with relocations, renewals, site selection, market analysis and lease negotiations.

Those experiences ultimately reinforced what initially attracted Hastings to brokerage while attending Penn State University and interning with various commercial real estate organizations: the entrepreneurial nature of the business and the opportunity to build a career through initiative, relationships and performance.

At Lee & Associates, Hastings plans to continue developing his industrial brokerage practice while learning from the firm’s senior professionals and expanding his experience across both tenant and landlord representation.

“My biggest goal right now is to learn as much as possible from the people around me,” Hastings added. “There is a tremendous amount of experience on this team, and I want to absorb the best traits and abilities I see in successful brokers and apply them in a way that fits my own personality and approach. Hastings earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Penn State University and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
