PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA – Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania is pleased to announce that Kylie Nurick has joined the firm as a Research Analyst based in its Plymouth Meeting office.

In her role, Nurick will support the company’s research platform, contributing to market research, data analysis, property and transaction tracking, and the development of market intelligence that supports clients and brokerage professionals across Pennsylvania.

A 2026 graduate of Penn State University’s Smeal College of Business, Nurick earned a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship with a focus in International Business. She also studied abroad at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in Spain, an experience she credits with strengthening her ability to navigate unfamiliar situations and communicate across different backgrounds.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, she gained experience in marketing and competitive research, supporting client strategy and content development. She also developed a business concept focused on virtual services, further strengthening her interest in entrepreneurship, problem-solving, and understanding how businesses grow.

Drawn to problem-solving, relationship-building, and the variety of the commercial real estate industry, Nurick found that the field combined many of the interests she had developed throughout her academic and professional experiences.

“Commercial real estate excited me because of the fast-paced environment and the importance of relationship-building,” Nurick said. “I enjoy connecting with people, tackling different challenges, and the variety that comes with that. That combination made Lee & Associates feel like the right fit.”
