Mechanicsburg, PA — July 2025 – Lee & Associates is pleased to announce the successful execution of a long-term lease agreement for ModCorr, LLC within the PNK Park Allenwood at Great Stream Commons (89 Enterprise Blvd, Allenwood, PA). This tenant rep transaction, with Lee & Associates’ Principals Joel Kreider, SIOR, and Ed Skonecki, marks a significant expansion for ModCorr, providing 252,282 square feet of industrial space strategically positioned off Interstate 80 in Allenwood, PA. 

The newly leased industrial space from PNK Group was specifically designed with manufacturing in mind. The building features a 40-foot clear ceiling, capacity for crane installation, an 8” reinforced concrete slab, ESFR sprinkler system, and LED lighting; the facility is an ideal fit for ModCorr’s manufacturing and fabrication needs.

Conveniently located within Union County’s Great Stream Commons Industrial Park, just six miles from I-80, the property offers prime access to two interstates and Route 15. According to Buddy Johns, ModCorr President, “This is a key facility that will allow ModCorr to continue to expand and service our Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Regions. PNK provided a perfect building in a perfect location.”
