Biography
As the Senior Vice President of Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania LLC, Arthur has over 20 years of experience in the greater Philadelphia marketplace. Throughout his career, he has successfully negotiated and closed hundreds of industrial and land transactions.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Arthur specialized in industrial real estate with The Prestige Group and NAI Mertz Corporation, where he was named “Rookie of the Year” for achieving “Most Square Footage Leased/Sold”. Arthur’s previous experience includes a background in financial advisory services with Morgan Stanley, where he was the recipient of the National Sales Director Award for superior performance as a financial advisor.
Licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Arthur provides a full range of services to real estate users, owners, and investors. He excels at understanding clients’ unique business needs and offering customized real estate solutions.
