Specializing in Industrial Brokerage
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Dylan began his real estate career in 2016 as an Advisor with Cresa, focusing exclusively on tenant representation in the Greater Philadelphia, Lehigh Valley, and Southern New Jersey real estate markets . His success as an advisor coupled with his entrepreneurial spirit propelled him into a career as a successful sales representative and account executive for companies in the software as a service and financial technology sectors. Dylan made a return to real estate advisory, joining Lee & Associates in June of 2021.
Dylan lives in the Northern Liberties neighborhood of Philadelphia and is an active member of his local community. In his free time, Dylan enjoys practicing jiu jitsu, and is an accomplished competitor in the sport.
