With over two decades of experience in property management, Eric Stankiewicz is a seasoned professional dedicated to optimizing property performance and enhancing tenant satisfaction. He brings a unique blend of expertise in real estate operations, tenant relations, and financial management to his role as Senior Property Manager. Eric is committed to fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders and implementing innovative strategies to maximize property value.

Eric began his career in Property Management, managing commercial and residential properties for Lancaster General Hospital. He continued to expand his knowledge with ROCK Commercial Real Estate, managing retail, office, and industrial properties as well as additional aspects of each, including but not limited to budgeting, inspections, procedure manuals, building codes, equipment, and tenant improvements. Eric’s most recent role prior to Lee & Associates was with Oak Tree Development Group as a Portfolio Property Manager, where he gained additional knowledge, especially in the retail market.
