The IT asset handling company will occupy their new 85,600 square-foot space at 2980 Avenue B, in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in the fall.<\/p>\n

Brian Knowles<\/a>, of Lee & Associates inks his third lease renewal at Riverside Business Center<\/a> in Whitehall, Pennsylvania in the past thirty days. \u201cRiverside Business Center continues to hold tenants due to its key location and fair market rents, says Knowles. We\u2019re happy to continue great relationships with our tenants and look forward to the future with them.\u201d Brian represented the landlord in the renewal of 27,800-square-feet.<\/p>\n
