This includes delivering freight via the air, ocean or ground; handling vehicle relocations; managing large-scale moving operations including packing; warehousing materials and products and completing third-party logistics and distribution activities. The company also maintains operations in the New Castle, Delaware area.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Constructed in 1968, 88 Industrial Park Road is a two-story building featuring ceiling heights ranging from 17 to 24 feet, 18 dock and 12 drive-in doors and a large surface parking field that can accommodate approximately 150 vehicles. The 27-acre site is within close proximity to New Jersey Route 49 (S. Broadway Road) and approximately five miles from Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The building is approximately 12 miles from the Port of Wilmington and Wilmington Airport, 40 miles from Philadelphia and 120 miles from New York City.
