Randall Bentley, Kevin Bentley, and Micah Williams represented the Landlord, Zenith Real Estate LLC, in the lease of 14,400 SF at 270 Feaster Rd in Greenville, SC. Glenn Batson represented the Tenant, Champion Comfort Experts Heating & Cooling, LLC.
