Randall Bentley, Kevin Bentley, and Micah Williams represented the Landlord, ABC Capital LLC, in the lease of 25,600 SF at 11 Forrester Drive in Mauldin, SC. The Tenant is Package Concepts & Materials.

Adam Padgett represented the Tenant, Revman International Inc., in the lease of 30,000 SF at 5971 Hwy 221 in Roebuck, SC. Benjamin Hines represented the Landlord, WCC Holdings, LLC.

Jordan Skellie and Elledge Willis represented the Landlord, Wazuflex Company, LLC, in the lease of 18,000 SF at 320 Business Parkway, Suite C, in Greer, SC. The Tenant is Engineered Control Solutions, Inc.
