BROKER ASSOCIATE, ANDREW HARRILL, RECEIVES CCIM DESIGNATION

Lee & Associates Greenville / Spartanburg is excited to share that Broker Associate, Andrew Harrill, has received the distinguished CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. This is awarded by the CCIM Institute, also known as, Commercial Real Estate’s Global Standard for Professional Achievement. Every candidate for the CCIM Designation is required to complete an education component, pass the Comprehensive Exam, complete a membership application, and pay annual dues.

Andrew joined Lee & Associates in 2017 after graduating from The Citadel. He worked directly with the President/Broker-in Charge, Randall Bentley, CCIM, SIOR, during his first two years as a commercial real estate agent, and completed various assignments involving industrial, office, retail, and land related projects.

Since 2020, Andrew has worked as an independent agent. Over the course of his career, he has generated a career transaction volume of over $100 million. Last year, he completed 36 deals and generated an impressive transaction volume totaling over $34 million.

Andrew has a passion for investment properties and helping clients maximize value on their commercial real estate assets that they are planning to hold long term or sell in the near future.
