Andrew Harrill represented the Landlord, Remoca Corporation, in the 1,200 SF lease of 103 E Butler Rd, Ste J in Mauldin, SC. The Tenant was Sound & Vision, LLC.

Elledge Willis, Jordan Skellie and Randall Bentley represented both parties in the 2,500 SF lease of 316 Business Parkway, Suite B in Greer, SC. The Tenant was Berliner Seilfabrik Play Equipment Corporation and the Landlord was Wazuflex Company, LLC.

Adam Padgett, Matt Roos and Eric Scardo represented the Landlord, TM Management VII, LLC in the 15,127 SF industrial/flex space lease of 1025 Lowndes Hill Road, in Greenville, SC. The Tenant was Floor Boys, LLC.

Adam Padgett and Kevin Bentley represented both parties in the 63,440 SF industrial/flex space lease of 101-A Groce Rd in Lyman, SC. The Tenant was Remarketing Solutions International, LLC. The Landlord was EF Enterprises, LLC.

Elledge Willis and Jordan Skellie represented the Landlord, New Cut Industrial, LLC in the 4,300 SF lease of 6685 Pottery Rd in Spartanburg, SC. The Tenant was Carolina Structure & Cladding, LLC.

Andrew Harrill, Jordan Skellie, Elledge Willis and Joey Schirripa represented both parties in the 10,000 SF industrial/flex space lease of 19 Concourse Way in Greer, SC. The Landlord was 19 Concourse, LLC and the Tenant was Specialty Bar Products Company.

Elledge Willis & Jordan Skellie represented the Landlord, 2165 Inman, LLC d/b/a MediaOne USA in the 42,000 SF industrial/flex space lease of 2165 Highway 292, Suite B in Inman, SC. The Tenant was Orbis RPM, LLC.

RENEWAL:

Randall Bentley, Kevin Bentley and Micah Williams represented the Landlord, Larry A. Friddle in the 1,500 SF renewal of 7486 Augusta Rd, Ste D in Piedmont, SC. The Tenant was Subway Real Estate, LLC.

Adam Padgett, Matt Roos and Eric Scardo represented the Landlord, MDR Brookfield, LLC in the 8,582 SF industrial/flex space renewal of 48 Brookfield Oaks Dr, Ste F, in Greenville, SC. The Tenant was S&ME, Inc.

Kevin Bentley, Randall Bentley and Micah Williams represented the Landlord, Curtis E. Cooper, Trustee in the 17,000 SF industrial/flex space renewal of 366 J C Cooper Road in Fountain Inn, SC. The Tenant was Kingsbridge Solutions, LLC.

SALE:

Andrew Harrill and Joey Schirripa represented the Seller, KAPRI, LLC in the 1,000 SF sale of 209 N Mechanic Street in Pendleton, SC. The Purchaser was ALOKE, LLC.

Micah Williams, Kevin Bentley and Randall Bentley represented both parties in the purchase and sale of 4,300 SF on 106 Loma Street & 125 Webb Street in Simpsonville, SC. The Seller was Zenith Holdings, LLC and the Purchaser was Grant Rhodes.
