Micah Williams represented the Seller, Zenith Holdings, LLC and Matt Roos represented the Purchaser, Oates Metal Deck & Building Products, Inc., in the 5,200 SF purchase and sale of 6931 Highway 29 N in Pelzer, SC.

Jordan Skellie, Andrew Harrill and Elledge Willis represented the Seller, Commerce 219, LLC in the 68,000 SF sale of 217-221 Commerce Road in Greenville, SC. The Purchaser was Cameron Ashley Property, LLC.

Eric Scardo represented the Purchaser, Cohen Financial Group, LLC in the 1.04 AC sale of 5378 Reidville Rd in Moore, SC. The Seller was Marie J. Whitehead.

Andrew Harrill and Joey Schirripa represented the Landlord, Remoca Corporation, in the 1,500 SF renewal of 103 E Butler Rd, Ste B in Mauldin, SC. The Tenant was World of Nails.
