He has consistently been a top producer and has completed over $350 million in transaction volume during his career.
Jordan holds his SIOR designation, a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry. Real estate professionals who have earned the SIOR designation are recognized by corporate real estate executives, commercial real estate brokers, lenders, and other real estate professionals as their market's highest-ranking and top brokerage practitioners.
Jordan has a background in construction that allows him to advise his clients on the construction and upfit of industrial facilities. He began working with The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company while attending Clemson University. During his time with Whiting-Turner, he worked with various Fortune 500 companies specializing in industrial development. After receiving a Construction Science and Management degree from Clemson University, Jordan worked as a Project Coordinator. After several years in construction, Jordan transitioned to industrial real estate brokerage.
In his free time, Jordan enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors with his wife and daughter. His hobbies include golfing, fishing, and hunting.
