Notable transactions include representing a tenant in securing a 70,000 SF manufacturing facility in the Greenville MSA, facilitating the sale of a 57,000 SF distribution facility in Spartanburg, and leading the full lease-up and eventual sale of a 48,000 square foot multi-tenant flex building in Spartanburg, taking the asset from vacancy to stabilized disposition.
