Today, we’re celebrating a major milestone for Andrew Harrill, who has officially earned his SIOR designation. And while we may make it look easy around here, earning the SIOR designation is anything but.
The SIOR designation, short for Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, is widely recognized as one of the most prestigious credentials in commercial real estate. It’s not something you sign up for on a whim or knock out over a long weekend. Earning SIOR requires years of proven production, real-world experience, strong ethics, and a level of commitment that only a small percentage of commercial real estate professionals ever achieve.
In other words, this is elite company. And, Andrew just joined it.
Andrew’s primary focus is industrial real estate, where precision, market knowledge, and trust matter more than buzzwords. He works closely alongside Jordan Skellie, SIOR and Payton Drake as part of a collaborative team that brings deep experience and strategic thinking to every transaction.
