James Treadaway is a Research Associate with Lee & Associates Greenville/Spartanburg, where he supports the firm’s brokerage professionals through comprehensive market research, data analysis, and strategic insights that help clients make informed commercial real estate decisions.
A native of Hickory, North Carolina, James developed an interest in commercial real estate at an early age through his family’s business ventures. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Furman University before completing a Master of Real Estate Development at Clemson University. His graduate studies provided hands-on experience in real estate development, market feasibility, and real estate finance, equipping him with a strong analytical foundation and a practical understanding of the commercial real estate industry.
Outside the office, James enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing pickleball, sailing, traveling, and exploring Greenville’s diverse restaurant scene. He attends Downtown Presbyterian Church in Greenville.
