He achieved the highest customer survey scores among 80+ Mid-Atlantic stores by leading and motivating a 24-member sales team, while maintaining brand standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences. His leadership also resulted in a 30% increase in store sales in 2024 and a 15% reduction in operational costs in 2023.
Alex’s background in visual merchandising, recruiting, and training development has equipped him with a keen eye for detail and a strong foundation in property presentation, vendor coordination, and operational oversight. At Lee & Associates, he applies his results-driven approach and passion for team empowerment to support property performance and enhance client satisfaction throughout the Greenville/Spartanburg market.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys international travel and exploring new cultures. He was a starting rugby player with the Charlotte Royals for eight years, traveling to Manchester, UK, Sydney, Australia, and Amsterdam for competition. When he is not at the office, you can likely find him outdoors hiking, water skiing, or snowboarding or relaxing at a local winery.
