Andrew Harrill is a commercial real estate specialist with a focus on industrial sales and leasing, land sales, and investment properties throughout the Upstate South Carolina market. A Greenville native, Andrew graduated Magna Cum Laude from The Citadel in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance. He also played two seasons on The Citadel Varsity Football Team before choosing to fully shift his focus toward building his professional career, completing multiple internships prior to graduation.
Following college, Andrew returned to Greenville and began his commercial real estate career working directly alongside Randall Bentley, CCIM, SIOR, President and Broker-in-Charge. During his first two years in the business, Andrew gained valuable experience across industrial, office, retail, and land transactions, quickly developing a strong foundation and a client-first approach.
Andrew earned his CCIM designation in 2023, widely recognized as the gold standard in commercial real estate, and went on to achieve his SIOR designation in 2026, a distinction held by only a select group of top-performing industrial and office specialists nationwide. He is especially passionate about investment properties and helping clients maximize the value of their commercial real estate assets, whether they are holding long-term or preparing for a strategic sale. In 2024, Andrew was recognized as one of Lee & Associates’ top Investment Sales brokers nationwide and received the Circle of Excellence Award: Investment at the company’s national summit.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
