Joey Schirripa is a commercial real estate broker with Lee & Associates Greenville / Spartanburg specializing in industrial properties throughout the Carolinas. He works with property owners, investors, and tenants to help them buy, sell, and lease industrial real estate while identifying op-portunities that create long-term value.
Joey’s approach to brokerage is built on persistence, market knowledge, and a proactive outreach strategy. A large part of his business comes from sourcing off-market opportunities and building relationships across the southeast region. By combining consistent prospecting with strong market insight, he helps clients uncover opportunities that may not otherwise come to market.
Before entering commercial real estate, Joey worked in software sales as a Business Development Representative where he developed a strong foundation in prospecting, communication, and relationship building. Those skills continue to play a key role in his brokerage practice today.
Joey graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a minor in Brand Communications. He is a licensed real estate broker in both South Carolina and North Carolina, allowing him to serve clients across a broader regional market.
Outside of work, Joey enjoys playing golf, snowboarding, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
