Marty has more than 25 years’ experience in business administration and operations management for commercial real estate brokerage firms. She began her real estate career in the late 1990’s, which career later evolved into a partnership with Bentley Commercial, LLC in 2005. Her role as partner in the firm included business management, business development and operations of the newly formed brokerage.
In 2011, Bentley Commercial merged with the renowned Lee & Associates headquartered in California and became one of the first five Lee & Associates offices to open on the East Coast. Marty used her expertise in organization and operations to help bring together the newly formed partnership with Lee & Associates to build a strong foundation for a thriving new company in the Upstate.
Marty now serves as Executive Vice President / Principal of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services-Greenville, LLC.
